A registered civil and environmental engineer with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Palermo (no. B534), Francesco brings over a decade of experience, previously enrolled in the Register of Graduate Surveyors (no. 4661).

His work spans civil, rural, and interior design, building and cadastral practices, site surveying, project accounting, and construction supervision. He also coordinates safety during both design and execution phases of building and infrastructure projects.
